Cancel your booking

  • Cancellation of a reservation must be made a minimum of twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pick-up date.
  • For cancelling a reservation, the only acceptable method is through Seasons Car Rental Web site.
  • Seasons Car Rental may contact you by phone or send you an e-mail to get all necessary information about your reservation. We need to contact you so that we can reconfirm the reservation and make sure you will be present for the scheduled pick-up time. We will require you to give us your reservation details.
